Grants Received by Department 

• Student Team (under mentorship of Ms. Priyanka Sharma, ECE Department), selected in Ideation on designing “Rover Robotics” in the India’s biggest Robotics Competition, ROBOFEST-Gujrat. The team has been recommended for cash prize for their creative idea of Robot making in year 2022-23.
• IE student chapter ECE Department, received grant for conducting the Regional Conclave of Students’ Chapter for western Region on the theme “Futuristics Opportunities in Digital Transformation in year 2022-23.
• A project Grant (Project Idea Proposal approved)  on "IoT-AI Based Smart Irrigation System in Agriculture Sector" during 2nd PMAC Meeting of MSME Innovative Scheme & Announced by Hon’ble Prime Minister on the occasion of International MSME Day at Vigyan Bhawan on 30th June, 2022. (PI: Pooja Choudhary Co- PI: Ankit Agarwal)
• Grant from AICTE for Research Promotion scheme on Design and Investigation of Nano-photonics structures based light trapping mechanisms for harvesting of solar energy.  (PI: Rukhsar Zafar Co- PI: Praveen K. Jain)
• Grant from AICTE-ISTE to organize a Faculty Induction Program on Recent Trends of Robotics and Automation from 5-11 January 2022. The event was coordinated by Mr. Pallav Rawal.
• Grant from AICTE under AQIS scheme to organize STTP on Recent Advances in Nano-photonics Technology (RANPT). The department conducted three STTPs on the same topic (26-31 Oct 2020,  14-19 Dec 2020, 15-20 Feb 2021). The events were coordinated by Dr. Rukhsar Zafar.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize FDP on Emerging Trends in Nano Electronics (ETNE-2020) on 21-25 Sept 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Dr. Praveen Kumar Jain.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize Student workshop on “VLSI Design and Embedded Systems” on 21-25 Sept 2020. The workshop was coordinated by Dr. Swati Arora.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize FDP on Emerging Tools and Techniques in Communication Systems (ETTCS-2020) on 14-18 Sept 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Dr. Monika Mathur.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize FDP on Nanotechnology Based Green Energy Solution for Solar Cells (NGESS-2020) on 10-14 Sept 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Dr. Swati Arora and Mr. Ravi Jangir.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize a FDP on Machine Learning and Smart Electronic System MLSES-2020 on 3-5 Sept 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Ms. Kiran Rathi.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize a Faculty Development Program Embedded Systems & IoT (ESI-2020) on 4-8 Aug 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Ms. Pooja Choudhary and Mr. Ankit Agarwal.
• Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize a Faculty Development Program on Emerging trends on Organic Electronics (ETOE-2020) on 27-29 July 2020. The FDP was coordinated by Mr. Rahul Pandey, Mr. Neeraj Jain and Mr. Pallav Rawal.
• Monika Mathur (Associate Professor, ECE Department) and Dr. S. K. Bhatnagar (Professor, ECE Department) received a Grant in 2019 under the Collaborative Research Scheme (CRS) funded by RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III for the Project “Dual band Implantable and Wearable Antenna for Breast Cancer Detection”.
• Anshul Kothari of Final year, ECE (member of OSA student Chapter, SKIT) received a travel Grant from OSA and invited to participate and present his project idea in the student Leadership conference (SLC) and OSA Annual Meeting, Frontier in Optics/ Laser science (FiO/LS), going to be held from 13-19 Sept, 2019 in Washington DC, USA.
• Harshal Nigam (Assistant Prof, ECE) received a travel Grant from IEEE to attend International Conference on Information and Communication Technology ICOIACT 2019 at Yogyakarta, Indonesia from 24-25 July 2019.
• Department received a Grant from DST Rajasthan to organize a National Workshop on Artificial Intelligence With Deep Learning (AIDL-2K19) on 25- 26 March 2019. The event was coordinated by Dr. Urvashi Shukla, Ms. Kiran Rathi and Ms. Pooja Choudhary.
• Department of ECE received a Grant from EICT MNIT to organize a Faculty Development Program on Advances in Optical Communication (AOC-2019) from 9-14 February 2019. The event was coordinated by Prof. Ghanshyam Singh (Professor, MNIT Jaipur), Dr. Rukhsar Zafar, Dr. Monika Mathur and Dr. Swati Arora.
• Department received a Grant from AICTE-ISTE to organize a Faculty Induction Program on Nanotechnology: Recent Advancements and Challenges (NRAC-2018) from 2-7 July 2018. The event was coordinated by Dr. Praveen K. Jain.
• Department received a Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize a Faculty Development Program on Recent Trends in Nano-Electronics (RTNE-2018) from 1-5 May 2018. The event was coordinated by Dr. Praveen K. Jain and Dr. Rukhsar Zafar.
• Department received a Grant from RTU (ATU) TEQIP-III to organize an expert Lecture on Fabrication and Characterization techniques of Nanomaterials/Devices. The expert lecture was delivered by Prof. M.C. Bhatnagar, IIT Delhi on March 18, 2018.
• Department received a Grant from DST Rajasthan to organize Tutorials and National Conference on "Advancements in Nano-electronics and Communication Technologies (ANCT-2016)" on 17-19 March, 2016.
