1 Process for filling of SKIT Admission Form & uploading of Original Documents:
The candidates must read the following important instructions for reporting at SKIT:
- The last date for reporting in this round is 06-10-2021.Thereafter no application will be considered in any circumstances.
- Candidates will receive user activation details through SMS on registered mobile number (as mentioned in REAP Application Form). The user name will be candidate’s REAP Form Number.
- Candidates can fill ‘SKIT Admission Form’ on the portal https://erp.skit.ac.in/apply and also upload the essential documents. In absence of the original mark-sheets of class-XII, candidate is required to upload mark-sheet downloaded from DigiLocker (https://digilocker.gov.in/).
Note: Facility is available for filling the ‘SKIT Admission Form’ and uploading the documents on ERP portal. Candidates/parents should avoid the e-mitra/ commercial centres for the same.
- After submission of ‘SKIT Admission Form’, the candidate should report in person at SKIT premises, Jaipur for verification of eligibility for admission.
- On successful verification, candidate will receive a text message revealing the college registration number (starting from a letter B.....) for submission of fee on payment portal https://erp.skit.ac.in/payments before the due date.

- Candidates are advised to keep scanned/Photostat copies of these documents for their future needs.
- The candidates must submit their original documents to the institute latest by 30-10-2021, failing which his/her admission will be cancelled without notice. The original documents will be given back to the candidates after the completion of the University enrolment.
- Anti-Ragging undertakings(Parents & Students)are to be filled online on the portal- https://www.antiragging.in/ after the commencement of regular classes of B.Tech. I semester. The schedule will be intimated to the students in separate notice.
- Fee Structure:
The fee structure is approved by the State Level Fee Determination Committee (appointed by Govt. of Rajasthan) and/or Competent Authority.

In addition to the above mentioned fee, the affiliating university (RTU, Kota) also charges the examination fee (per semester), enrollment fee (one time) and development fee (one time) etc. separately. The same is collected by the institute and transferred to the university.
3 HOSTEL FEE
Institute provides air cooled hostel facility for boys & girls separately. The Nirwana Boys Hostel is single seater & Noran Girls Hostel is double seater in Institute premises.

In view of the current pandemic situation, this fee is not applicable for session 2021-22. The fee will be decided on a monthly basis starting from the month of occupying the hostel till June 2022.
Seats will be allotted on first come first serve basis therefore parents/students are advised to visit the hostel office and book their accommodation.
3 MODE OF PAYMENT
ONLINE MODE: Candidates/parents can deposit their respective fees by accessing the Fee Payment Portal https://erp.skit.ac.in/payments using net banking/debit card/credit card etc. (UPI payment is not allowed).
OFF-LINE MODE:Candidates/ parents can deposit their respective fees by Cash/DD in favour of ‘SKIT, Jaipur’at Accounts office, SKIT
While facing any difficulty during the process of the payment of fee, please contact the Department of Accounts at 0141-3500309.
In case, student applies for withdrawal of admission, the institute will refund the fees to the candidate as per the AICTE guidelines. For more details, go through REAP-2021 Information Booklet.
