Guidelines for Degree Distribution Ceremony-2024

The institution is pleased to invite all students who graduated in the year 2022 and 2023 to attend the Degree Distribution Ceremony on July 7, 2024. The guidelines for participation in the ceremony are as follows:

1. Students must confirm their eligibility by checking their names in the list accessible via the web link: 13^thConvocation Students List (Tentative Student List- Final list will be uploaded later)
2. Students must submit the appropriate Google form (given below) in or before 05.07.2024 to confirm their presence at the Degree Distribution Ceremony.

3. Students must report at the registration desk in front of Sir M. Visvesvaraya Block, SKIT Jaipur as per the following schedule:

4. Please note that students arriving after the reporting time will not be permitted to receive their degrees during the ceremony.
5. The student will have to wear formal attire (Female candidates should wear Saree / Suit).
6. Each degree recipient may bring one guest (parent, spouse, or close relative) to the ceremony.
7. Children under the age of twelve years are not permitted during the ceremony.
8. The degree recipient must bring a valid photo ID for verification purposes.
9. Degrees may be issued to parents upon production of valid photo ID for both the parents and the student.
10. Students are encouraged to arrive early to facilitate smooth registration and seating arrangements.
11. All attendees are requested to maintain decorum and follow the instructions provided by the institute.
12. Photography is permitted only in designated areas; professional photographers will be available to capture the ceremony.
